Indian Head Massage is an ancient treatment therapy which is both wonderfully relaxing and invigorating. The treatment may be used simply for relaxation and/or revitalisation, or may be used to help specifically with conditions such as those listed below:

Also, don't be fooled by the name! As well as the head massage element, the neck, shoulders and upper back are also worked thoroughly. In addition, as with the feet in Reflexology, the head is connected to the rest of your body via energy meridians, so working these upper areas can benefit the entire body, bringing balance to the whole system.
Indian Head Massage can be combined wonderfully with other treatment therapies such as Neck Back and Shoulder Massage, Reflexology, Reiki or Cranio-Sacral Therapy to create luxurious 90 minute session.
Please Note: whilst you will remain fully clothed for this massage if you opt for the seated version, men can be treated without a top on as it may be easier to access the shoulders and upper back, and a strappy vest top or strapless top should preferably be worn by women for the same reason. Also, clients with long hair should bring a hair tie or clip to wear the hair up for the first part of the massage, where the neck and shoulders are worked.
